  • Preparing and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel
  • Reconciling supplier statements and supporting the resolution of document-related discrepancies
  • Maintaining accurate records and archiving documents in line with company policies and local regulations
  • Supporting the Accounts Payable and Supplier Accounting team with day-to-day operational activities
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders to help resolve finance-related queries

What are we looking for?

  • Student or recent graduate, preferably available for approximately 25-40 hours per week
  • Fluent Polish and English language skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of Power BI will be considered an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to search for information independently and take initiative
  • Good organizational and analytical skills

  • Good communication skills
  • Educational background can vary; studies in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields are welcome but not required

What do we offer?

  • Paid internship in an international and dynamic environment
  • Flexible working hours that can be adjusted to your studies
  • Hybrid work model
  • Opportunity to learn finance and accounting processes from experienced professionals
  • Exposure to international stakeholders and global business operations
  • Friendly and supportive team atmosphere
  • Possibility to develop practical Excel and reporting skills
  • Valuable experience that can become the foundation of your career in Finance
