Skillset 'Understanding on end to end Accounts Payable processes.Shift time Morning 06:30 AM to 3:00 PM & Location Nashik V-Tech IT Park.2-3 year of experience in P2P from BPO BackgroundStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skill and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Esker, or similar platforms is preferred.'Job Description 'Process invoices, urgent payment request and other operational transactions accurately and within defined timelines.Review and validate documents to ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.Handle vendor and stakeholder queries through email and other communication channels.Monitor pending transactions and ensure timely resolution of exceptions.Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate records of processed transactions.Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), productivity, and quality targets.Support month-end closing activities and reporting requirements.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to smooth operationsIdentify process improvement opportunities and support implementation initiatives.'
