CEMCO Systems is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler teams. You’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly through scheduling, documentation, customer communication, and general office support.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Provide administrative support to fire alarm and sprinkler teams.

• Prepare and proofread proposals, inspection reports, and work orders.

• Process purchase orders, material requests, and invoices.

• Maintain project files, job folders, and digital records.

• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, documentation, and follow-up.

• Maintain required documentation for NFPA and AHJ inspections.

• Coordinate material orders and equipment returns with vendors and suppliers.

• Answer phones, greet visitors, and handle general office correspondence.

⭐ What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED.

• 2+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

💪 The Job

• Primarily office-based work involving sitting and computer use.

• Frequent communication by phone and in person.

• Occasional standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
