Description
We’re looking for an Invoicing Clerk who loves details, stays organized, and gets a little satisfaction when everything balances perfectly.
At DocRx, we’re all about helping healthcare providers deliver better patient care — and it takes a great team behind the scenes to make that happen!
What you’ll be doing:
Creating and reviewing invoices
Making sure billing information is accurate
Reconciling statements and maintaining records
Working with our Sales & Account Management teams
Helping keep customer account information up to date
Solving those little discrepancies before they become big ones
You might be our person if you’re:
Detail-oriented and dependable
Organized and great at managing your time
Comfortable with Microsoft Office
A strong communicator and problem-solver
Familiar with QuickBooks- desktop
High school diploma or GED required.

Requirements

- High School diploma or GED Equivalent
- Basic understanding of clerical and administrative procedures
- Time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to solve problems as they arise.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Quickbooks Desktop (preferred) - willing to train but needs some basic knowledge
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
