Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure functional and aesthetic quality of assembled products.
- Match sequentially numbered units with proper paperwork.
- Perform in-line process and QC checks, complete QC check sheets accurately.
- Assist in the preparation and follow Manufacturing Instructions (MI’s).
- Read and understand simple blueprints, diagrams, and measuring devices.
- Meet daily production requirements by pre-established production standards.
- Perform basic computer functions, including printing barcodes for finished products.
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to prevent work cell shortages.
- Lift/move up to 51 lbs.
- Continuous lifting and bending.
- Frequent pushing, pulling, twisting, stooping, squatting, reaching (forward, backward, overhead), grasping, and repetitive movements.
