Assignment and Training Coordinator – Pune

Overview

You like to plan and coordinate while managing multiple requests at once? 

Join our Technical Expertise team and play a key role in organizing and coordinating technical training sessions for customers, partners, and colleagues.  

With training demand increasing, new classrooms opening in Pune, and sales activity growing, we are looking for a full-time, organized, and proactive coordinator to support training planning and ensure the smooth execution of all related activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the deployment of Application Specialists across multiple technical assignments, identifying underutilization, overallocation, and resource gaps
• Serve as a single point of contact for all customer training requests (for online, onsite and classroom training)
• Oversee the maintenance and organization of the Pune training classroom
• Perform critical cyclical tasks, including issuing training certificates and coordinating the shipment of required equipment
• Perform administrative follow-ups related to training coordination and documentation, and provide backup support to the Operations team
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss priorities, assignments and operational needs
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and tools

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• Be fluent in written and spoken English and Hindi 
• Communicate in a clear and professional manner 
• Display good prioritization skills and be proactive 
• Show rigor and strong attention to detail 
• Be a good team player 
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) 
• Be familiar with a CRM platform (an asset)
