Introduction

You will join the Global Information Security team and help protect Levi Strauss & Co. by providing Level 2 (L2) support for enterprise security tools, troubleshooting user-reported issues, and supporting the triage and response to P1 and P2 security incidents. Working closely with Security Operations Analysts, Security Engineering, Infrastructure, and IT support teams, you will build foundational cybersecurity expertise while delivering day-to-day support across endpoint, network, cloud, application, and ecommerce security environments.

About the Job

  • Monitor security alerts and events across enterprise security platforms, escalating potential threats and anomalies to appropriate teams for investigation and response.
  • Provide L2 support for enterprise security tools and platforms, monitoring alert queues and responding to user-reported issues and requests.
  • Troubleshoot common user errors and technical issues related to security agents, authentication, access, and endpoint protection tools, escalating unresolved issues to L2 support.
  • Support the triage and initial response to P1 and P2 security incidents, following established runbooks and escalating to senior analysts as needed.
  • Support vulnerability management processes by tracking findings, coordinating remediation activities, and following up with stakeholders on outstanding risks.
  • Contribute to operational excellence through runbook maintenance, compliance support, incident response participation, and security automation improvement initiatives.

About You

  • 1+ years of experience in security operations, IT security, cybersecurity, or related technical support environments, including internship or SOC experience.
  • Exposure to endpoint detection and response platforms such as CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, or similar security technologies.
  • Basic understanding of network security concepts including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and network traffic analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and an interest in developing cloud security expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
