Associate Software Engineer

The Software Engineer role in Tricentis provides you a unique opportunity to work on an impressive technology landscape, involving many of the most popular tools and cloud platforms of today. You will utilize your skills and expertise to extend our product capabilities, by designing and developing features using the latest technologies and best practices. Closely communicate with team members and Product Owner, to understand the expectation and goal of business

•Develop a state-of-the-art product that helps our customers with their data testing needs
•You are responsible for all parts of the software development process: requirements analysis, implementation, test, maintenance etc.
•Particular focus is on performance, scalability & security
•Work with open-source and enterprise-grade databases/products
•Continuous learning and improvement of your and our way of working is part of your daily business
•Take ownership of the testing and quality of your code
•Continually contribute to and challenge decisions made by the team to ensure the best outcome for our organization
•Teach, and openly learn from your teammates

Qualifications

•Experience working as a Software Developer
•Experience working on a similar technology landscape
•Experience of development with at least one cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP)
•Experience with API/microservices development
•Understanding of cloud/application security
•Experience working with RDMS systems (MSSQL/Postgres/MySQL)
•Experience working with NoSQL DB (MongoDB/Cassandra/DynamoDB)
•Understanding of distributed, event-driven SaaS application architecture
•Ability to understand the existing system/codebase quickly and clearly
•Passion for solving complex problems involving various technologies/platforms
