Start building valuable experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while making a positive impact on children and families.

Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center (ABTC) is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team as Behavior Technicians. We provide paid training, hands-on experience, mentorship, and clinical guidance to support your development in the behavioral health field.

As part of our team, you’ll work directly with children with autism and developmental disabilities. Through individualized ABA services, you’ll help clients develop important communication, social, behavioral, and independent living skills.

What is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based approach that helps children with autism and other developmental disabilities learn meaningful skills that support greater independence in their everyday lives.

Through personalized, engaging sessions, Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with children to strengthen communication, social, play, coping, and daily living skills. Using positive reinforcement and individualized strategies, they also help children develop safer and more effective ways to navigate challenging behaviors.

ABA is all about celebrating progress—whether it’s learning to communicate a need, completing a daily routine, interacting with others, or reaching a new milestone. Each session is an opportunity to help a child build confidence, develop new skills, and become more independent at home and in the community.
