【職務概要】
BEOL（Back-End-Of-Line）Process Integration Engineerとして、量産製品の品質・歩留まり・生産性向上を目的に、半導体製造工程全体の最適化を推進します。

工程間で製品が円滑に流れるプロセスフローを構築し、欠陥や特性ばらつき、歩留まり低下などの課題に対して、CMP／Etch／Lithography／WETなど複数の工程や関係部門と連携しながら原因特定および改善活動をリードします。

量産ラインの安定稼働を支えるとともに、継続的な性能改善を通じて、最先端メモリ製品の高品質・高効率な製造に貢献していただきます。

【主な業務内容】

• 半導体製造工程全体のプロセスフロー最適化および量産条件の改善
• 歩留まり低下、欠陥、特性ばらつきなどの課題に対する原因解析および改善推進
• 電気特性データ、インラインデータ、欠陥データなどを活用したデータ分析
• Process、Equipment、Manufacturing、Qualityなどの関係部門と連携した課題解決
• 生産性向上、品質改善、コスト削減に向けたプロジェクト推進
• 複数の改善テーマやプロジェクトの管理および進捗推進
• 技術開発部門やグローバルチームとの協業による技術改善活動
• AIやデータ分析ツールを活用した業務改善および課題解決/Leveraging AI and Data Analytics Tools for Business Improvement and Problem Resolution

【必須要件】

• 電気・電子工学、化学工学、材料工学、または関連分野における学士号または修士号
• 半導体、電子部品、自動車、化学、食品など、ものづくり業界における量産環境での業務経験
• 多部門と連携しながら課題解決を推進できるコミュニケーション能力
• 複数の業務や課題を管理しながら成果を出せる実行力
• 主体的に課題を見つけ、自ら行動できる方
• 日本語で円滑に業務を推進できる方（N1相当以上）
• 英語を使用した業務に抵抗がない方、または学習意欲をお持ちの方
• AIやデータ活用に興味を持ち、積極的に学習・活用する意欲をお持ちの方

【歓迎要件】

• 半導体プロセス開発、プロセス統合（PI）、歩留まり改善の実務経
• 歩留まり低下、欠陥、特性ばらつきに対する原因解析経験
• CMP、Etch、Lithography、WETなど複数工程にまたがる改善経験
• SPC、FMEA、故障解析、統計解析などを用いた問題解決経験
• 電気特性データ、インラインデータ、欠陥データの解析経験
• プロジェクトリードまたは改善活動の推進経験
• 英語を用いたグローバルチームとの協業経験
