  • Diagnose and troubleshoot BMS and HVAC control system issues, providing effective solutions for our customers
  • Perform system diagnostics, fault finding, and technical problem resolution
  • Support small projects, upgrades, and quoted works from scope through to delivery
  • Maintain and optimise installed BMS equipment to ensure peak performance
  • Build strong customer relationships through exceptional technical support and service delivery
  • Promote and uphold Johnson Controls' commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • 3+ years' experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS) following completion of your apprenticeship
  • Experience with building automation, energy management, and mechanical services systems
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC controls and commercial building environments
  • Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect Licence (essential)
  • Strong IT, networking, and PC hardware configuration skills
  • Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement
  • A current driver's licence

Why Join Johnson Controls?

  • Work with industry-leading BMS and smart building technologies
  • Exposure to major projects and iconic facilities across Sydney
  • Ongoing training, certifications, and technical development opportunities
  • Career pathways into engineering, project delivery, technical specialist, and leadership roles
  • Be part of a global business with strong local support and a collaborative team culture
  • Competitive salary package, company vehicle, and tools of trade
