Responsibilities

Development Office Telephone Fundraiser (DARO) Casual rate

Under instruction and following appropriate training: Undertake fundraising calls to alumni that have been allocated to them based on a number of factors Update alumni on University projects, news and events Check and update the details we hold on each individual, including address, job description etc Update their communications preferences Inform individuals about Durham’s philanthropic projects and ask them to make a donation Accurately record and data changes and donation information in specialist software Follow the University’s Data Protection Policy
