營運管理/Operations and Corporate Services (Job Family)Job Description
1. 熟悉國內外自有資金及外部籌募基金之投資交易流程及相關內外部法規，包含私募基金管理，能隨時支援處內各組(小組)主管及資深(覆核)人員。
2. 擔任跨部門專案管理（PM），負責營運管理處各項內外部（系統）專案之規劃、溝通、執行與管理。以流程優化、作業自動化及提升效率為原則，提出並落實相關改善建議。
3. 與投資團隊維持良好互動，及時提供營運管理處所需之解決方案，協助推動基金籌設及投資案件。
4. 作為營運管理處主管之接班人(代理人)，並接受相關業務訓練。
