Overview
JOB SUMMARY
Responds to phone inquiries and directs call to appropriate section or individual. Prints and distributes patient reports, calls critical values to physician/physician offices, obtains patient billing information and registers patients into billing system, processes drop-off specimens and distributes to appropriate department.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or GED
Experience: One year previous work-related experience
Knowledge and Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to perform multiple tasks, work independently, and type a minimum of 40 WPM. Knowledge of medical terminology.
PAY RANGE
$23.00 - $31.82
