About the role
Schedule: Full time, days.
Main Function:
- Demonstrates skills in communication, including effectively gathering and disseminating information
- Demonstrates skills in caring
- Ability to be flexible
- Ability to be patient
- Conscientious associate
- Ability to proactively resolve problems, recommending, and implementing continuous quality improvements.
- Demonstrates integrity regarding confidential information.
- Supports nursing care standards and Continuing Care Center policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience with the geriatric population
- Ability to multitask
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree preferred with additional training in medical terminology.
- Two (2) years prior experience in customer service and clerical duties preferred.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office, and an electronic medical record.
Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00/hr
Starting Pay: Based on experience
