About the role
Monitors study budgets and orders supplies. Maintains monthly invoicing and Vincent payments. Resolves complex data collection issues, and implements protocol-specific study recruitment plans.
Maintain Monthly invoicing for Presence Clinical Sites and Community Based Organizations.
Manage subawards for the Presence Trial and work closely with DGIM Accounts Specialists.
Maintain close contact and follow-up with study participants to complete their 3, 6, 12-month assessments.
Call and Text and Tech troubleshoot to help patients complete these.
Make Vincent Follow-up Payments.
Provide Back up to recruitment efforts for other staff.
Prepares grant applications, manuscripts, Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications, research papers, and assists with complex research papers. Audits research studies, monitors study budgets, resolves complex data collection issues, and implements protocol-specific study recruitment plans. Trains staff and oversees student workers; leads team meetings. Monitors study budgets and orders supplies.
