As Cluster L&D Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing the learning and development strategy across both properties, ensuring associates are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and behaviors required to achieve operational excellence, elevate guest experiences, and support career growth.

• Minimum 2 years experience within a luxury hospitality environment
• Passionate about learning, development, and delivering impactful training programs
• Creative and innovative in designing learning experiences and development initiatives
• Result-oriented with a strong focus on achieving training and organizational development goals
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to inspire others
• Strong collaborative leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
