As a Configuration Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting reliable and successful software implementations through technical configuration, testing, and data preparation. Working under the guidance of experienced consultants, you'll help deliver solutions that make a meaningful impact for customers.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain software solutions.
- Support data migration, validation, and testing activities.
- Assist with system integrations and issue resolution.
- Prepare and update technical documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams and customers.
- Monitor project tasks and escalate risks or issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of assigned work.
- Continuously develop technical and product knowledge.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in software implementation and technical consulting.
- Basic understanding of databases, integrations, or software configuration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively.
- Proactive learner with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with SaaS applications or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
