職責範圍
- 樓宇管理系統: 負責電子設備 / 樓宇管理系統的檢測, 維修及保養工作
- 為我們的客戶提供主動的服務建議，利用JCI系統和工具，提高客戶設備的生命周期性能。
- 另外，提供建議和解決方案，以確保設施運行效率，包括增加銷售機會
- 支持提案以支持建議和解決方案
要求資格
必備資歷
- 樓宇管理系統: 持有機械/機電或相關證書/文憑, 或沒有學歷要求但具備相關工作經驗
- 良好粵語、一般英語
- 持有相關建造業工人註冊證
- 持有建造業安全訓練證明書(平安咭)

- 能獨立處理安裝工程、維修及保養工作
- 具良好客戶服務態度
- 具良好工作態度及有責任心
