CREATIVE SERVICES COORDINATOR

Job Title: Creative Services Account Coordinator

Purpose: To coordinate the flow of artwork between departments and ensure customer and plant specifications are met.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and write up new and revised artwork for Flexible Packaging printing plants
• Communicate and coordinate artwork between Internal Departments, Customers or Vendors, and Artists
• Enter jobs into order entry systems (s) or other databases (s)
• Basic knowledge of JDE to obtain the information needed to process art
• Research and communicate information, specifications, and materials required for graphics orders
• Provide artists or vendors with clear direction and special instructions for projects
• Coordinate timelines, approvals, data transfers, asset management, and QC materials for each job
• Follow up with internal departments to help ensure that jobs meet proof dates
• Ensure art billing is correct before final billing of artwork
• Consistently meet acceptable standards of quality and quantity
• Contribute to department and corporate goals
• Demonstrate a teamwork attitude
• Maintain housekeeping

Qualifications:

• Degree in Graphic Arts or Flexo Printing Technology or equivalent work experience is preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of Flexo printing preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be detail-oriented, and task-focused
• Basic computer skills
  • Experience with Mac OS and Windows along with associated software
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Suite
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
• Ability to identify and analyze a problem
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to pass a Color vision test within normal limits
• Visual acuity of at least 20/50 for distance (corrected or uncorrected) and a minimal near vision ability to read 10 –12-point font at 12-18 i
