2. 規劃及執行培育個金主管與潛力人才的管理及專業能力
【資格條件】
．工作經歷要求：2年以上工作經驗
．學歷要求：學士
．科系要求：不拘
．語文條件：英文: 聽/普通‧、說/普通、讀/精通、寫/精通
．應備證照：不拘
．擅長工具：Excel, PowerPoint, Word

．薪資待遇：面議（經常性薪資達4萬元或以上）
