Description

Associate Dentist | Build a Career You’re Excited About
Iowa Dental Associates | Opportunities Across Our Practices

What do you want your next chapter in dentistry to look like?

A team you enjoy working with? Mentors you can turn to? The opportunity to grow your clinical skills and build lasting relationships with your patients?

At Iowa Dental Associates, we’d love to help you find that fit.

We’re looking for Associate Dentists who care about people, take pride in their work, and want to keep growing. Whether you’re a new graduate finding your confidence or an experienced dentist ready for a change, we want to hear what matters to you.

Find Your Place at IDA

Choosing a practice is a personal decision. The people you work with, the community you serve, and the support around you all shape your experience. We’ll take time to understand your goals, clinical interests, and location preferences as we explore opportunities together.

Our practices offer the chance to become a familiar, trusted face in your community while staying connected to colleagues across Iowa Dental Associates.

Grow with People Who Support You

You’ll have access to experienced IDA doctors and clinical leadership for mentorship, case discussions, and ongoing learning. Bring your questions, your ideas, and the skills you want to develop. We want you to feel comfortable asking for support and confident contributing your perspective.

Make an Impact Every Day

  • Help patients feel heard, comfortable, and confident in their care.
  • Provide comprehensive dentistry and individualized treatment planning.
  • Build relationships with patients and families over time.
  • Work alongside your team to create an office experience you’re proud of.
  • Continue developing your skills while upholding high standards of ethical care.

Who We’d Love to Meet

A dentist with a DDS or DMD degree, an active license—or eligibility for licensure—in the state of practice, and a thoughtful approach to patient care. We value curiosity, clear communication, and teammates who treat others with respect.

Let’s Start a Conversation

You don’t need to have your next move figured out to reach out. Send your résumé or contact Leann May at leann@iowada.com to share your interest, ask questions, and learn more about Iowa Dental Associates.

We’d love to get to know you—and we look forward to hearing from you!
