We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer with strong technical expertise and a proven ability to lead end-to-end software development and product delivery. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on development capabilities with technical design, solution architecture, stakeholder management, and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.

You will be responsible for delivering scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications while ensuring alignment with business requirements, technical standards, and project timelines.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end software development and product delivery within established project timelines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into effective system architecture and technical designs.
• Review solution designs and technical strategies with engineering leadership, recommending improvements, innovations, and architectural enhancements.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and IT teams on project execution, coding standards, design principles, and software development best practices.
• Work with business analysts and project managers to define project scope, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track project progress, communicate status updates, and proactively escalate risks or delivery challenges to relevant stakeholders and leadership.
• Serve as the development team's technical point of contact during client meetings, product implementations, and solution discussions.
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications using .NET and C#.
• Build and support reusable application components, frameworks, and design patterns that improve development efficiency and maintainability.
• Evaluate existing applications and system architecture to identify performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and opportunities for modernization.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues, investigate root causes, and implement reliable fixes for product defects.
• Prepare and maintain technical specifications, system configuration documents, architecture notes, and user guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet functional requirements, technical standards, and business expectations.
• Support application releases, ongoing maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with strong hands-on expertise in .NET technologies.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core or related Microsoft development frameworks.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications and reusable software components.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and coding best practices.
• Experience participating in technical design reviews and recommending architectural improvements.
• Proven ability to manage development deliverables, project timelines, and competing priorities.
• Experience guiding developers and promoting quality-focused software development practices.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, testing, debugging, deployment, and application maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including experience participating in client-facing technical discussions.
