  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and prioritise bug fixes and feature enhancements based on commercial impact.
  • Drive higher product conversion rates through optimised product data and improved website shoppability.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience within an eCommerce leadership role, with the ability to manage cross functional teams and adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of identifying growth opportunities by optimising product data and discoverability.
  • Strong understanding of what changes and enhancements can be made to product pages and product data to improve conversion
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and A/B testing methodologies, with a commitment to continuous site optimisation.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills.
