We are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist, Procurement to support the design, configuration, optimisation and ongoing improvement of procurement capabilities within Oracle Fusion Cloud. The role will work with Procurement, Finance, Shared Services, business stakeholders and IT teams to translate operational needs into practical, controlled and scalable system solutions.

The successful candidate will act as a functional subject-matter expert across source-to-pay processes, helping to maintain alignment with the global ERP template while addressing legitimate business, statutory and regional requirements. The role combines hands-on functional delivery with process improvement, stakeholder engagement, testing, change support and operational problem-solving.

ROLE PURPOSE

Enable efficient, compliant and user-focused procurement processes through effective use of Oracle Fusion Cloud, strong functional governance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the functional design, configuration and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Procurement capabilities, including Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts and Supplier Portal, as applicable.

  • Analyse end-to-end source-to-pay processes, identify pain points and control gaps, and translate business requirements into clear functional solutions.

  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Legal, Tax, Shared Services and business teams to ensure solutions are practical, integrated and aligned with policy.
