Escrow Assistant - Show Low

Purpose

The Escrow Assistant delivers exceptional customer service and plays an integral part in changing the way a traditional escrow branch operates.

 

Essential Functions

• Provides support to team and the office by delivering the finest customer services.
• Provides assistance with all aspects of the transaction.
• Strong interaction with agents, buyers and sellers.
• Provides support to team and office by delivering the finest customer service and supporting administrative duties related to escrow closings.
• Provides assistance with all aspects of the desk including full desk coverage when the Escrow Officer is out of the office.
• Reviews title commitment and brings any exceptions to the attention of the Escrow Officer.
• Orders demands and other documents within a timely manner of receipt of open order request and follows up as necessary.
• Timely delivers all new transaction information to TC Services.
• Packages new escrows and receipt deposits. Delivers receipts for earnest deposits to all parties to the transaction immediately.
• Completes lender requests efficiently without delay.
• Prepares documents for closing and handles the complete disbursement and follow up of all escrow transactions.
• Communicates requirements and other information to clients including Title exceptions.
• Interprets purchase agreements as they relate to closing and prepare all documents required for transactions.
• Is proactive in assisting Escrow Officer in marketing efforts.
• Other duties as assigned.

 

Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
