We're currently hiring an Exceptional Children's Teaching Coach in Burgaw, NC for the 2027-2027 School Year. We'd love the opportunity to connect with you and welcome you to our team!

REQUIRED: 

• MUST HAVE License from North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) in area of Exceptional Children's Teaching 
• Experience and thorough understanding of Special Education in North Carolina

Job Details:

• In-person position 
• 20-25 hours/week
• Provide instructional coaching and support to general education teachers to strengthen classroom instructional practices.
• Support teachers in differentiating instruction to meet a wide range of student learning needs and abilities.
• Model effective teaching strategies and provide guidance on instructional planning, classroom engagement, and student achievement.
• Partner with teachers to promote inclusive, effective learning environments that support the academic success of all students.
