We are looking for a “Sampling Specialist” for the Food Laboratory team at the Intertek Turkey office.

• High school or associate’s degree graduate
• Experienced in sample collection, laboratory work, quality control, or field operations, or open to developing skills in these areas
• Able to adapt to fieldwork both within Istanbul and outside the city, with no travel restrictions
• Able to adapt to the fieldwork schedule
• Attentive, disciplined, and responsible
• Strong in planning and task tracking
• Able to manage time effectively and maintain a productive work ethic
• Able to communicate accurately and professionally with customers
• Able to work in compliance with hygiene, traceability, and occupational health and safety regulations
• Able to adapt to flexible work hours and field visit schedules
• Must hold a Class B driver’s license and be able to drive actively
• Preferably holds an SRC certificate.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collect samples from food production facilities, retail locations, or designated customer sites
• Label, store, and deliver collected samples to the relevant laboratory in accordance with procedures
• Maintain the cold chain during sample collection and transport
• Ensure samples are delivered to the laboratory under appropriate transport conditions
• Adhere to the daily field visit schedule and share route changes with the relevant teams as needed
• Work in a professional, attentive, and solution-oriented manner to represent Intertek at customer locations
• Comply with hygiene, occupational health, and safety regulations
• Work in coordination with customer service and operations teams as needed.
