About the role
Your Opportunity to SHINE ON:
The Fund Development Coordinator provides operational coordination across four key areas:
- Donor Database & Gift Administration: ensuring donations, donor records, tax receipting, pledges and related information are accurate, timely, and well maintained.
- Donor Stewardship & Recognition: coordinating acknowledgements, recognition, and stewardship activities that help donors feel valued and connected to the impact of their support.
- Campaign & Event Coordination: supporting the operational delivery of fundraising campaigns, appeals, donor events, and capital campaign activities.
- Data, Reporting & Department Coordination: Maintain reliable fundraising information, recurring reports, calendars and systems that support effective planning and decision-making.
