What is it about?
Westpac Fiji Graduate Program 2026 is designed for ambitious and motivated graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. This unique opportunity provides hands-on experience, professional development, and valuable networking opportunities, helping participants build a strong foundation for a successful career with one of Fiji's leading financial institutions.
The program is a structured 18-month development journey that offers recent graduates’ practical exposure across various areas of the banking and financial services industry. Participants will gain real-world experience, develop key professional skills, and work alongside experienced leaders and industry professionals, equipping them with the knowledge and capabilities needed to thrive in their careers.
What do I need?
Completed an undergraduate or postgraduate qualification within the last two years or be in your final year of study
Studying or qualified in Finance, Information Technology, Risk Management, Business, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Eligible to work in Fiji.
