About the role
Location: Orthopedic Center of Florida
Schedule: Approximately 15 hours/week (weekdays mornings only)
Pay: $15.00/hour
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff.
- Serve coffee and approved refreshments.
- Keep the coffee and reception areas clean, organized, and stocked.
- Provide basic directions and assistance to patients and visitors.
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow OCF policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and a positive patient experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
