Ensure Lamination production delivery is met as per daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Ensure Lamination machines Capacity Utilization at optimum level daily.
Wastage Target within the prescribed limit including trim
Maintaining the machines and Systems at a regular interval as per norms.
Lot Rejection adherence to the acceptable Limits.
Standardization of Process.
Daily scheduling of staff and workers in the Lamination machine.
