The Hostess is responsible for delivering a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to guests, ensuring a seamless arrival experience within the designated restaurant. This role supports the restaurant's operations by managing reservations, coordinating guest flow, and upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality, thereby enhancing the overall dining experience and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.

This role supports the restaurant's operations by managing reservations, coordinating guest flow, and upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality, thereby enhancing the overall dining experience and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Previous experience as a Hostess, Restaurant Hostess, or in a guest-facing role within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds.
Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to provide a warm, courteous, and personalized welcome to guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries efficiently.
- Well-groomed and professionally presented, reflecting the standards of a luxury hospitality brand.
- Previous experience as a Hostess, Restaurant Hostess, or in a guest-facing role within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment is preferred.
