We are currently seeking an experienced, energetic, and guest-focused Bartender to join our team at Ace's Lobby Bar.

This is a Full-Time position requiring flexible availability, including:
- Weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Day, evening, and late-night shifts
- Typical operating hours range from 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM
Schedules may vary based on business demands.
What You'll Do
As a Bartender at Ace's Lobby Bar, you'll create memorable experiences through exceptional service, handcrafted cocktails, and genuine guest interactions. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your creativity, beverage knowledge, and passion for hospitality in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to Hyatt standards
- Provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences
- Demonstrate expertise in cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and current beverage trends
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar environment
- Accurately process guest orders and transactions through the POS system
- Ensure compliance with all state, local, and Hyatt responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address service opportunities
- Work collaboratively with servers, culinary teams, and leadership to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Assist with opening, closing, inventory, and bar setup/breakdown procedures
