Belstra Milling Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time housekeeper. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the administrative building, premix area, shop facilities, including bathrooms and break rooms along with customer service and feed mill office areas. In addition, this position must also work in compliance with all the company policies, local, state, and federal policies, laws, and regulations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

• Clean and sweep bathrooms, breakrooms and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum and dust as needed throughout designated facilities
• Restock supplies (paper products, soap, cleaning items, etc.) as needed
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisor
• Maintain confidentiality if exposed to sensitive or private company information while working in office areas.

Requirements

Skills and Requirements (included but not limited to):

• Prior housekeeping, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good time-management skills
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs and perform tasks such as bending, standing, and reaching
• High school diploma or G.E.D.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time role with flexible scheduling options (includes weekends)
• Hours to be discussed during interview process
• Hourly wage to be discussed

Employees in this role are required to complete and maintain the following safety training, as applicable:

• General New Hire Safety Training
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) & Requirements
