Job Description

• Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, report preparation, calendar management, and new joiner documentation.
• Managing New Joiners document requirements.
• Assist in planning and executing internal company events.
• Represent the organization at events and engage with attendees to promote a positive experience. 
• Greet visitors, manage incoming calls and correspondence, and maintain a professional reception environment.
• Track, order, and organize office and pantry inventory; liaise with building management for routine maintenance and facility improvements.
• Managing the workplace is clean and comfortable for everyone. 
  Other tasks assigned by the line manager. 

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or undergraduate in any field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Google sheet or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling challenges.
