About the role
Program Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team in promoting hotel rooms and packages to corporate and leisure clients.
- Participate in client meetings, respond to inquiries, and help prepare proposals tailored to guest needs.
- Maintain accurate sales records, update databases, and assist in preparing performance reports.
- Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and potential business opportunities to support sales strategies.
- Collaborate with Reservations, Front Office, and other departments to ensure smooth booking processes and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing sales promotions, client site inspections, and familiarization trips.
Gain exposure to hotel sales operations and build skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship management..

- Fluent in both English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is a must.
