JM Lexus - Apprentice Technician

Join the JM Lexus Automotive Service team as an Apprentice Technician. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of automotive service and repair. You will work alongside experienced technicians to develop essential skills and knowledge in vehicle maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities:

• Support experienced service technicians with routine maintenance and repair tasks.
• Observe and learn how to diagnose vehicle issues and determine appropriate service procedures.
• Aid in tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Assist in the disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of vehicle components as needed for repairs.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to company standards and guidelines for quality and safety.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong enthusiasm for automotive repair and maintenance.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated with automotive technologies.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects as required in a service environment.
