[需求條件]
1.具備策略規劃、跨部門溝通、需求訪談與系統分析能力，能將業務需求轉化為技術流程圖或功能規格
2.具備數位轉型、產品、AI導入經驗
3.3年以上金融或科技產業數位轉型、產品、AI導入經驗
