1. 公司中長期發展策略規劃
2. 壽險市場與同業動態策略分析
3. 業務發展相關專案規劃與執行
4. 壽險業創新商業模式研究規劃
5. 數位/社會趨勢追蹤及商機探索
條件要求
工作經驗：2年以上金融業相關工作經驗
語言條件(外語)：
- 中文聽、說、讀、寫能力佳
- 具英文商業文件閱讀能力、英文簡報與溝通能力者佳
擅長工具：Excel, PPT, Word
工作技能：不拘
其他工作條件限制：
1. 具策略規劃、經營企劃或跨部門專案管理相關經驗，及金融產業經驗者佳
2. 具邏輯分析、問題解決、主動積極、獨立思考及團隊合作精神
3. 對金融市場、數位科技及創新發展具敏感度
