Prevu (a reAlpha company) is a real estate brokerage on a mission to save homebuyers money. The company’s digital platform offers a homebuying experience with unparalleled control, transparency and savings when purchasing a home. With Prevu, consumers can seamlessly search, offer and save up to 1.5 percent of the purchase price when they buy a home utilizing our realty and mortgage services. This zero-pressure online experience delivers a smarter, more efficient way for homebuyers to transact.
Our Ohio team is looking for talented, full-time licensed real estate salespersons and associate brokers who are passionate about real estate, enjoy customer interaction, and thrive on the thrill of doing deals. This role will be our first hire to focus on the Columbus market.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate regularly with assigned homebuyers with the goal of providing a high-level of customer service and responsiveness
- Leverage Prevu’s technology platform and suite of agent tools to engage homebuyers, organize property tours, manage offers, and respond to homebuyer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Attend property tours and provide expert insights in real time
- Perform comparable market analysis to advise homebuyers on pricing and market trends with the goal of achieving a successful transaction
- Guide homebuyers diligently from offer through closing, including offer preparation, negotiation, offer acceptance, professional referrals, board package preparation, final walk-throughs, and more
Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio State license as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson or Licensed Associate Broker
- Local knowledge about real estate, neighborhoods, and recent trends
- Experience with home tours, comparable market analysis, and home purchase negotiation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
