Love brands, creativity and bringing great designs to life? We're looking for a Licence Admin Assistant to join our creative team at Moonpig.
In this role, you'll help our design team manage licensing approvals, artwork and product launches. You'll keep things running smoothly, from the first design concept through to the final product, using tools like Jira and our artwork management system.
It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with brands, has a keen eye for detail and loves being part of a creative, administrative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage licensing approvals for our licensed brands using a range of third-party systems.
- Track each stage of the approval process, from initial concept to final sample submission, and check that products launch correctly on our website.
- Work closely with the Senior Licensing Manager to help resolve any issues during the approval process.
- Prepare sales updates for licensors, support internal licensing communications and track our top 40 brands.
- Research trends across retail, social media, licensing events and presentations. Create inspiring mood boards to help the design team explore new card ideas.
- Support other areas of the card team, including working with our publishing partners. This involves raising tickets, checking files, updating documents and gathering content to share internally.
- Help prepare artwork for print and online, using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to make sure files are set up correctly.
- Attend industry events and trade shows, including BLE, Toy Fair, PG Live, Top Drawer, Spring/Autumn Fair and licensor showcase presentations.
About You
- A genuine interest in brands and licensed products.
- Working knowledge of Excel and Google Docs.
- Excellent attention to detail and a careful, organised approach to work.
- Ability to manage several projects at once and meet tight deadlines.
- Confidence working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
- A willingness to learn new skills and pick things up quickly.
- A positive, proactive approach to solving problems and getting things done.
- A background in a creative environment.
- Previous experience working in licensing.
We're looking for someone who's organised, curious and excited about working with brands and creative teams.
