Toll Logistics is looking for a reliable and hardworking Logistics Assistant to support our daily warehouse and logistics operations. You will be responsible for cargo handling, warehouse storage, container stuffing and unstuffing, and ensuring that all warehouse activities are carried out safely and in accordance with established procedures.

We offer a competitive salary package with attractive fixed monthly allowances and transport provided.

Candidates with cleanroom experience will have an added advantage.

• Key Responsibilities

  • Perform loading, unloading, moving and arranging of warehouse cargo and materials.
  • Stack and arrange goods on pallets according to designated storage plans, adhering to height and special handling requirements.
  • Perform container stuffing and unstuffing operations.
  • Follow cargo and material-handling security procedures to ensure goods are handled and stored safely.
  • Conduct warehouse operations in accordance with 5S housekeeping standards, site Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements, safety regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Check and validate warehouse documentation, and report discrepancies or non-conformities to the supervisor.
  • Identify operational issues, equipment maintenance requirements and repair needs, and report them promptly.
  • Identify and escalate workplace safety risks, hazards and non-conformities.
  • Report workplace safety and health (WSH) incidents in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
  • Carry out other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Requirements

  • Valid forklift licence is compulsory.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
  • Cleanroom experience will be an added advantage.
  • Comfortable with manual handling, loading and unloading of cargo.
  • Able to follow warehouse procedures, safety requirements and instructions accurately.
  • Responsible, hardworking, reliable and punctual.
  • Good attention to detail and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
