Machine Operator

POSITION TITLE: Machine Operator (2nd Shift)

DEPARTMENT: Casegoods

JOB TYPE: CNC - Machine Operator

REPORTS TO: Marcelino Reyes

POSTING START DATE: 10/09/2026

HOURS: Monday – Friday. Minimum of 40+ hour work week (overtime as needed).

FUNCTION

• Operate CNC Machine, Perform TPM and first piece’s inspection. Mostly work with some production floor interface.
• Candidate must possess or demonstrate the ability to work with computers, dust and heavy parts in a fast-track environment (training available).
• Require the attitude to work with minimum supervision.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run CNC Machine and move heavy parts
• Inspect quality of products
• Support other team members
• Suggest ideas for improvement
• Report Inspection status (TPM)
• Attend department meetings and training
