Optimize carrier mix and ensure adherence to spot and core carrier targets.
Monitor bookings, capacity utilization and pricing commitments.
Maintain accurate pricing and booking trackers.
Carrier & Rate Management
Negotiate competitive rates and manage carrier relationships.
Track market movements, rate changes and share pricing intelligence.
Sales & Commercial Support
Support Sales and network offices in business acquisition and account growth.
Drive pricing for new opportunities, own accounts and special products.
Track quotations, conversion and business wins/losses.
Trade Lane Development
Identify priority trade lanes and growth opportunities.
Drive trade lane expansion and new product penetration.
Volume & Profitability
