Material Handler

Our Material Handlers are the heartbeat of the operation. From receiving and organizing materials to supporting production teams and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment, you'll play a critical role in keeping projects on schedule and customers satisfied.

What You'll Do:

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials and deliveries
• Move materials throughout the fabrication shop, paint booth, wash bay, and yard
• Stage, label, and distribute materials to support production schedules
• Track inventory and identify material shortages, damage, or discrepancies
• Respond to material requests to keep shop operations productive and efficient
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas inside the shop and throughout the yard
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely
• Assist with inventory accuracy and material tracking
• Identify and correct potential safety hazards
• Secure materials, equipment, and facilities at the end of each shift
• Assist with general facility upkeep, including snow removal during winter months

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
• Safety-focused mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors year-round
