Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Semarchy xDM / Informatica MDM / Talend MDM or any other MDM data models aligned with business needs
- Ready to learn and implement Semarchy xDM
- Configure business rules, validations, and enrichment logic
- Implement and optimize matching rules, duplicate detection, and merge strategies
- Define and manage survivorship rules for accurate golden record creation
- Manage merge and unmerge processes while ensuring data traceability
- Design and maintain workflows for data governance and stewardship
- Collaborate with business and data stakeholders to translate requirements
- Participate in unit testing, defect fixing, and documentation
Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Semarchy xDM / Informatica MDM / Talend MDM or any other MDM
- Deep understanding of matching processes, survivorship, and golden record management
- Experience handling duplicate management and merging strategies
- Advanced SQL and data modeling expertise
