What You Will Be Doing
Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as electrical harness fabrication, machining, assembly, welding, paint, tube bending, aircraft blanket. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary actions within a union environment.

Basic Qualifications
• Experience with Aeronautics or Aerospace manufacturing/productions methodologies in a professional environment.
• Experience in managing a team using tools, &/or systems typically used in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with business metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, &/or quality)
Desired Skills
• Motivational skills and the ability to energize teams, with experience in a union environment.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean manufacturing concepts and cost reduction, with an understanding of business metrics to drive performance.
• Experience working with SAP • Data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making experience, with the ability to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or a related discipline, is highly desirable
• Good conflict resolution skills and the ability to build respectful working relationships.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
