About the role
The Office Assistant is a part-time role that provides front desk administration and reception support at our office in Tampa. General administrative duties include managing office cleanliness and appearance, supplies, greeting visitors, and routing incoming and outgoing mail. The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of experience and is committed to the administrative support functions.
Expect two eight (8) hour days on Tuesday and Thursday each week.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Three years of administrative experience in professional setting.
