Operations Manager - Pune

As Operations Manager, you will play a key leadership role in supporting and optimizing our PolyWorks India operations. Acting as a trusted partner to the local General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operational, administrative, and facility-related activities that contribute to the success of our growing organization.  

You will serve as the primary point of contact for business operations in India, ensuring that processes, services, and resources are aligned to support employees and business objectives. You will also lead a team of Operations Support Agents and drive continuous improvement across operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and service quality
• Define, implement, and maintain operational procedures and best practices to ensure efficient and compliant business operations
• Lead, coach and develop the Operations team by setting priorities, monitoring workload and fostering a culture of service excellence
• Support employee development and performance through regular feedback, performance follow-up and opportunities for growth
• Support sales operations by coordinating administrative processes, maintaining documentation and ensuring timely operational follow-ups
• Oversee office facilities and workplace services, including maintenance, repairs, and facility improvement initiatives
• Manage relationships with landlords, building management and external service providers
• Manage lease administration, facility-related contracts, rent payments, office supplies and equipment procurement

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field

• Have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in operations, order processing, business administration, business support or similar leadership role within a corporate environment

• Have experience leading and developing teams

• Possess strong knowledge of business operations, facilities management, vendor management and administrative processes

• Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering a high-quality service experience

• Demonstrate excellent organizational and coordination skills

• Show strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing operational challenges

• Be proficient in written and verbal communication in Hindi and English 

• Have experience in Salesforce (an asset)
